- Supervise CCTV monitoring operators across the shift and manage handover discipline

- Monitor camera health, VMS alarms and connectivity faults; raise tickets to engineering
- Coach operators on detection accuracy, radio protocol and false-alarm reduction
Requirements
- 15+ years supervising a CCTV control room or security operations centre
- Strong written English for client incident reports (US / UK / GCC clients)
- Working knowledge of VMS platforms (Milestone, Genetec, Hikvision, Dahua or similar)
- Willingness to work night and weekend rotations
Night Shift Manager — CCTV Monitoring Operations
Run the overnight monitoring desk covering North America and Europe time zones. Ensure every alarm is actioned, documented and escalated within the agreed response window.
